Terms of Sale and Use

These terms cover buying our software and using our websites (echoplasm.lemmyadam.com and lemmyadam.com). They’re provided by Lemmy Adam LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“we”, “us”).

Who you buy from

Our online store is run by Moonbase, which acts as the merchant of record: when you buy, Moonbase is the seller, takes your payment, issues your receipt and handles sales tax and VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Moonbase’s buyer terms, which you’ll see at checkout. We are the publisher of the software and provide its licence, updates and support.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies, depending on where you are. We may change prices or run sales at any time; a change doesn’t affect orders already placed.

What you get

A licence to use the software, under our End User Licence Agreement, delivered as a download and a licence in your Moonbase account. You can download your purchases again from your account at any time.

Trials

Trials are free, for evaluation, for a limited time. When a trial ends, the software stops processing audio until you buy a licence.

Refunds

Sales are final: please use the free 14-day trial to make sure the software works for you before you buy. See our Refund Policy.

System requirements

Please check the requirements on the product page before buying, and use the trial to check that the software works with your computer and DAW.

Using our websites

You may browse our websites for personal and informational use. Please don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the sites, the store or the licensing. The text, pictures, audio and video on our sites belong to us unless stated otherwise; ask us before reusing them, except for the materials on our Press page, which may be used to write about our products.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the websites are provided “as is”, and our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, unless consumer law where you live says otherwise.
