Refund Policy

Try before you buy. Echoplasm has a free 14-day trial that is the full plugin, with every feature. Please use it to make sure Echoplasm works on your computer and in your DAW, and that you like it, before you buy.

Because you can try everything first, sales are final and we don’t offer refunds.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged by mistake (for example, you bought the same licence twice), email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number, and we’ll put it right. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our store partner, Moonbase; the licence they paid for is deactivated.

If something doesn’t work, please contact support: we’d much rather fix it.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live. When you buy, you ask for the download to start straight away and agree that, because of this, you lose any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase (such as the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content in the EU and UK).
